Our plant has a large press capacity, which ranges from 30 - 1200 tons. This allows us to provide the fastest turn around possible. We have a strong background in injection molding and can assist in polymer selection, tool designs, and offer cost effective manufacturing methods for your products.
PM Plastics offers in-house tool building that helps meet client's aggressive lead-times. We build molds from scratch or repair them when needed.
Our engineering and purchasing departments can source hardware components, design packaging, and offer complete outsourcing and distribution services for your products. Our company strives for quality. We continuously test and refine our procedures and systems to improve productivity, and pass on reduced costs to our customers.
PM Plastics on-site assembly department offers every type of decorating possible. Examples include: part painting, screen printing, pad printing, and hot stamping. We can also manage your warehouse needs and ensure just-in-time delivery when needed.
